How to send a text to participants based on participant preference (optional)?
2. Setup a phone number field (this will be a text field with validation phone).
3. Next you’ll need to setup a participant preference field. Create a new field with the choices from under the Twilio configure settings on the project setup page (this has to exactly match the options indicated):
3a. Once you’ve created your participant preference field you will then need to map the new preference field in the Twilio settings:
4. Once the participant’s preference new field, email field, and phone field have been set up (the above steps). The participants can now indicate how they would like to receive the survey via text or email.
5. The survey will be sent by composing survey invitation in the invitation log. From the drop-down menu you’ll select participant preference which will send to the preference the user indicated.
