If you are unable to log in to Mailman with your email address, a password reset via Mailman may be needed. Please see the instructions and screenshots below for how to reset your Mailman password:


  • Go to the Mailman sign in page: Sign In (cchmc.org) (or mailman.cchmc.org and click Sign In at the top right)
  • Next to the blue "Sign In" button, you'll see a "Forgot Password?" link.
  • After clicking on that link it'll take you to the Password Reset page and prompt you for your email address. You'll want to enter in your email address for the account you need to change the password for and click the blue "Reset My Password" button.


  • After a minute or so, you'll receive an email from mailman3@cchmc.org with a link to click on that will take you to the Change Password page.
  • Enter your new password twice, and click the blue "change password" button. You'll then be redirected to a page that says your password has been changed. You can then log in with your new password.
