If you'd like to export the list of users that are part of a particular Mailman list you can use the "CSV Export" button.

Step-by-step guide

Login to Mailman and select the list you'd like to export from, then:

  1. Click the Users menu and select "Members" from the drop-down list.
  2. Click the Export CSV button on the top-right of the page.
  3. Save the CSV file on your computer.
  4. The CSV file can be opened or imported into Microsoft Excel.


The Export CSV button is only available to export lists' Members. It is not available to export the Owners or Moderators of a list.
