1. Create a file variable that will hold the PDF of your completed survey

2. Enable External Module "Save Survey PDF to a Field Note: This same function now exists in Survey Settings under "Save a PDF of completed survey response to a File Upload field"

3. Configure the external module to save the survey upon completion into the file field created

4. Create a radio variable to trigger for your alert

5. Create the alert

6. Build your conditional logic

7.  Schedule the alert

8. Create a message and identify the recipient(s)

9.  Attach the file variables
