1. Create a file variable that will hold the PDF of your completed survey anywhere in your project

2. Enable External Module "Save Survey PDF to a Field Note: This same function now exists in Survey Settings under "Save a PDF of completed survey response to a File Upload field"

3. Configure the external module to save the survey upon completion into the file field created

In the online designer, select "survey settings" next to each consent instrument in your e-consent project
