How to use Duo to login to REDCap.

Step 1

Visit Pre-production REDCap at https://redcap.research.cchmc.org.


Step 2

Ensure 
Select Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
is selected under the Select your identity provider
 section,
and then click the Go to login page button.

Step 3

REDCap will redirect you to the CCHMC federated login page. Enter your CCHMC credentials and
click 
click the Login button.

Step 4

After we enable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for REDCap, you will be prompted to complete

Complete the Duo authentication step.

Note: If you are prompted for Duo authentication, but have not yet completed your Duo setup, you can follow the instructions in our Duo MFA Registration document to get your account ready.

Once authenticated with CCHMC, you will be redirected back to REDCap.
