If you need to have a new project created within REDCap then please follow the following simple steps:.  Questions? Just email help-redcap@bmi.cchmc.org


1. Go to https://www.cctst.uc.eduorg/, and click "Login and Join Now " to become a member free of charge.

2. If needed, create your new Account.

2. Log in with your Username and Password.the correct Authentication Affiliation

3. Click the Research Resources and select Research Central and then select Request Services



4. Before hitting select research services, you'll see a summary of what rights you have on the REDCap Tab at the top of the screen.

4. The Select "Submit a request to use REDCap"

5. Fill out the Request Services Wizard and CCTST staff will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

CCTST site. To request REDCap projects, one member of the study staff needs to have completed REDCap Training online CCTST REDCap Online Training or via Zoom / in person: https://www.cctst.org/events

IF NEEDED: After completing training- please let help-redcap@bmi.cchmc.org know that you need to be marked as trained.

In the request services form, you can indicate REDCap and any other services you may need from the CCTST

and if you need additional services, you can request those within the same form

You'll receive an automated email notifying you that your request has been created, other people you have added to the request will also receive a notification.

Your Project will appear on our CCTST dashboard.  We will be able to track it and mark it as complete/incomplete/new/etc. Once your REDCap project is complete, you'll receive an automated email from REDCap notifying you and the others on your project/request that the project was created.

You can now log into REDCap at https://redcap.research.cchmc.org/

Select the "My Projects' Tab and select your new project from the listImage Removed
